When you submit our estimate form, call the workshop, or email us, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, rug photographs, and a description of the service you are requesting. Our website uses standard server-access logs and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a written estimate, schedule pickup and delivery, and communicate about your rug during its time in our workshop. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

How we store it

Estimate requests and client records are stored in our customer relationship management system, which is accessible only to the Ahmadi Rug team. Photographs of your rug are retained as part of the chain-of-custody record that accompanies every piece through our workshop.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing info@ahmadirug.com or calling (847) 779-3288. We will confirm deletion within five business days.
