Every rug we make together gets a free in-home audit at twelve months. Bobby schedules a visit, checks wear patterns, rotation, and any early flags — no charge, no upsell.

Bobby reviews every application personally. Most approvals happen within one business day.
Do you work with designers outside Chicago?
Yes. We ship finished rugs nationwide. Most of our milestone communication is by email and photo — geography is not a constraint once the brief is approved.
