SMS Terms of Service

1. Consent for SMS Communication
By providing your mobile phone number to Ahmadi Rug (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, lead form, in-person intake, phone call, or any other contact channel, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS text messages from Ahmadi Rug at the mobile number you provided. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our services. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 4 below.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If you have provided your mobile number and consented to receive text messages, you may receive messages relating to the following:
- Customer care: appointment reminders, pickup and delivery scheduling, status updates on rugs in our workshop, estimate confirmations, follow-up questions about your rug, and answers to inquiries you have submitted to us.
- Conversational messaging: two-way conversations with our team about your service order, quotes, and questions.
- Account notifications: notifications about completed services, invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Promotional messages (only if you have separately opted in to marketing communications): occasional service reminders, seasonal care tips, and offers from Ahmadi Rug.
Example message: “Ahmadi Rug: Hi [Name], your rug is ready for delivery. Reply to schedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
3. Standard Messaging Disclosures
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and active service orders.
- For HELP, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@ahmadirug.com or (847) 779-3288.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. See Section 4.

- Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Fi) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Ahmadi Rug at any time by replying STOP to any message we have sent you. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us, except for transactional messages required to complete an active service order you have already authorized. To rejoin, reply START or contact us through any other channel.
5. No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
